Step Five: Stress-test Yes or No?

In the past I’ve found that stress-testing turns out to produce great value in improving the case

if:

Most of those taking part in the exercise have written at least one of those (or similar) 10 warning words

If the participants come up with fewer than this, it’s usually enough to explore the reasons underlying the feelings reported and act accordingly.

If none – that’s great. Stress-testing is much less likely to add significant value (though sometimes it does even so)
