I am regularly involved in the preparation and rehearsal of senior executives prior to key merger investigation hearings, often as a member of a ‘mock CMA panel’

I have run my Merger Questioning Skills course for competition agencies in several different countries, through my tried-and-tested one-to-two day programme.

This covers both written and oral questions and is an highly interactive course which has delivered substantial skills improvements.
